The case

We were presented to a case from our case partners Municipality of Copenhagen: “how to secure buttom-up innovation, in the sector “property management and service”.

The process

Through an iterative process of interviews and observation, we got to understand the organisation better. We tried to translater the “property management and services” understanding of the situation through tematisering of the interviews and observation. It lead to an understanding, that the communication through the different layers in the organisation was not as good as expected. We ideated on how to improve the communication in the organisation, together with the “user”.

The solution

We came up with a manifest for “the property management and services” which reflected their thoughts on that an improvement of communication could also secure buttom-up innovation to a greater extent.
