Me and my thesis partner collaborated with the football club Brøndby IF about an improvement of their use of data football-wise. We used Design Thinking as a main framework to approach the project. We went from a general view on the organisation, to a more particular view on specific links in their organisation and how we could improve that, with a user oriented method.
We did an extended mapping of their current way of operating with data in the organisation. Through interviews and observations, we managed to find specific links in their organisation, which showed weaknesses and potential.
We worked together with the involved stakeholders in the identified area and produced a prototype, which showed great potential and improvement.
